Email help@mbefe.com and describe what happened, what you expected, and the steps that caused the issue.
For faster troubleshooting, open Profile > Help & Support in Cosmetry and include:
- Your Support ID
- Cosmetry app version
- iPhone model and iOS version
- Any error message you saw
When you email us, we receive your sender address and the message or attachments you choose to provide. We use that information to answer your request, investigate the issue, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Protect your privacy: Never email passwords, API keys, full payment-card information, or App Store credentials. Avoid attaching face or reaction photos unless they are necessary to explain the issue.
Purchases & Subscriptions
- If Premium is missing after reinstalling Cosmetry, open Profile > Restore Purchases.
- Manage or cancel an active subscription in Apple Subscriptions.
- Purchase charges and refund requests are handled by Apple through Report a Problem.
- If a successful purchase is not reflected after restoring, email us with your Support ID. Do not send the full receipt unless support requests it.
AI Features & Credits
- AI Chat costs 1 credit per message for non-Premium use.
- AI Product Scan costs 2 credits per scan for non-Premium use.
- Premium AI use is subject to the daily fair-use limits shown in Cosmetry.
- Failed server-side AI requests are designed to reverse their metering automatically. If your balance still looks wrong, contact support with your Support ID and the approximate time of the request.
AI results are informational and may be inaccurate. Review product details before saving them, and do not use Cosmetry as a substitute for medical advice.
Export or Delete Your Data
- Use Profile > Export My Data to create a portable copy of your Cosmetry data.
- Use Profile > Delete Account to permanently remove your ordinary account data.
- Cancel an Apple subscription separately; deleting your Cosmetry account does not cancel it.

Safety
Cosmetry is not a medical service. For a severe or rapidly worsening skin reaction, stop using the suspected product and seek prompt advice from a qualified healthcare professional or local emergency service.
